  Yeah, what the first two guys said. Add these to their list... Bill Charlap- Live at the Vanguard, and also Written in the Stars. (these albums sound a lot like Evans, but not the same of course). Wynton Kelly Trio- Someday My Prince Will Come. Horace Parlan- Us Three If you listen to the Oscar Peterson Trio (with Ray Brown on bass) and like it, then I suggest hearing them when they have Roy Eldridge playing with them. Although the band really is there just to back Roy, they play some greatly inspired music behind him, in my opinion. I suggest hearing the Peterson Trio on the album Night Train. Here is Peterson with Roy (and Herb Ellis on guitar) If you like this music, and have a record player, you should get the album under Roy Eldridge's name called Dale's Wail. Its a double record set on Verve Records (be careful not to buy the other Dale's Wail album by a different record company). You can only get the Verve Dale's Wail on vinyl. I have no idea why it hasn't been issued on cd. So, get the albums on all three of the answers you got so far. Its all good stuff.
