I am sure your band mates will share with you their methods for high notes and you tube has many trumpet high notes videos that may help.Here is a video of the basic buzz embouchure exercise.Keep in mind trumpet is not an instrument you can play and then not touch it for a week or longer and expect to sound the same. Practice at least an hour each day or like weight lifting every other day .
