Is ringing bells and feeding birds fruit on New Years Day a Kwanzaa ritual? Can it be a Kwanzaa ritual?

In my 40 years of celebrating Kwanzaa I have not encountered what you describe. But that doesn't mean someone couldn't decide to make it part of their celebration. There is nothing to prohibit creativity. Personally, I think it's highly unlikely that was part of a Kwanzaa celebration. Peace.
