Why do my eyes look green when I put in my contacts or eye-drops, but usually look quite hazel?
-
My eyes usually look more hazel. But whenever I put in my contacts in the morning, or put eye-drops in my eyes throughout the day, my eyes look greener. No joke! Why is this?
-
Answer:
It's the way light reflects off the liquid in your eyes. When you first put your contacts in in the morning, they're wet from your contact solution. Some people's eyes look slightly different when they cry, for the same reason. My eyes are bluish green normally but look more blue when I first put in my contacts.
