    ur doctor will recommend one based on ur base curve and diameter and ur particular eye needs.there is this awesome cleaner that removes all that protein build up that u see in a flat lens case in the morning.its called clean care but its only a cleaner do not put contact in ur eyes but rather rinse afterward with ur regular lens cleaner.this also increases wearing time of ur contacts.
