Why is my left eye very itchy near the tear duct?

What would make my tear duct burn ?

I do not wear contacts. And its not allergies or my sinuses. I know because its just my left eye. And Specifically the tear duct. I have low iron but I do not think that matters other ...show more

could be a retinal detachment or blocked tear duct ,could be a number of things you really need to go to eye doctor ASAP .
