Has anyone tried ortho-k lenses coupled with eye exercises for permanent vision improvement?

There are three types of muscles in your body. Skeletal, Cardiac and Smooth. Skeletal muscles are the ones that can be strengthen. They are the ones we have control over. Cardiac refers to your heart. And Smooth muscles are the ones we have no control over. They cannot be strengthened. These are the muscles that line your intestines and push food through. They are also the muscles that so called "vision improvement exercises" claim to help. I'm sorry to say that you cannot strengthen you eyes with exercise. Bad vision is usually due to a deformation of the eye, not weak eye muscles. I suggest you do not waste your time or money on products such as these.
