Is there a way I can improve my vision?

Is there any way to improve vision or make eye power equal in both eyes ?

    do sleep 8 hours daily and do not work late at nights besides eat healthy and wear your glasses regularly...i hope your eyes will improve.

If there was any way short of surgery would anyone go for surgery? Would anyone wear glasses or contacts? This is about the shape of the eye . As you grow it changes and typcially eyesight worsens. You have an incredibly mild perscription. If you right eye is hurting then that is eyestrain a wholly seperate problem. Poor vision contirubes to eyestrain but I doubt it does at your perscription. Follow the tips for reducing eyestrain and if that doesn't work see doctor abotu teh pain.
