I have rheumatoid arthritis and it sounds a little like how my eyes get when I get ulcers in my eyes. It actually feels like a very bad case of pink eye. Your eye doctor should be able to diagnose it if that is what it is.....I made sure that I went to an eye doctor that was an MD instead of just an OD as well. Hope this helps!
