Has the number of glasses-wearers increased recently?

  Yes, the number of bespectacled folks is on the rise 8). This can be credited to: a) Hipsters b) More frequent visits to picky optometrists and the fact that few people have 20/20 vision c) Vision worsened by TV, 3D Movies, cell-phones and PCs Almost everyone wears or has worn glasses at a stage, including myself. I personally feel that they are really quite overprescribed. PS: Your camp photos are cute lol
