If anyone else celebrates or Independence, it would be our territories, such as Portia Rico (sp.?)

I was not aware of "other countries" celebrating the fourth of July! Why would they??? The only people I know overseas that do celebrate it are ex-pats, i.e. Americans who live overseas and get together to celebrate the holiday, you'll also see them get together at Thanksgiving for the same reason. Also of course all the U.S. Embassies and consulates will celebrate the American holidays.
