I'm in a similar position, and would be delighted to help. Halloween is probably my most favorite holiday, and I think about my costume all year. By what you have to work with, my suggestions would be Model, Drag Queen (like playing with the make up to look more masculine, that's what I'm doing), Witch maybe (witch hats are a dime a dozen), or possibly a French Person. Well, I guess those aren't my best ideas. I totally agree, spending big $$ isn't much fun when buying something you'll probably only use once or twice. Well, hope you come up with some thing awesome! u could be a school girl (non slutty) wear a skirt (plaid if possible) or jeans(skinny jeans wud work better) a button down shirt (lite in color) ur scarf wear ur hair in 2 braided pigtails and wear ur beret. U WILL LOOK SOOOOO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
