Answer:
You are not alone in this, many of us have to face similar situations and to tell you the truth you should quit right away as when someone falls in this category there is no going back and enjoying what you have developed a hatred for but on the side of reality money is a huge factor and if you can afford to live unemployed then only should you quit without having a job in hand.

If you are financially sound after quitting your job then do it as you are very much depressed with the job. If you are sure of getting another job soon then quitting would be a good break for you. first judge the job market, if you are not getting enough job options or having financial problems then don't quit. If you show a gap of more days in your next job then you may face problem. So it will be wise not to quit before getting any job. Just accept it in your mind that you have to work here, so that your mind will accept the situations and it will be easy for you to continue your work till the next job.

Option A) try to go to work one day in a good mood, expecting everything to be fine but like you don't know better because it's your first day. If things go sour again, that day then move onto option B. Option B) keep trying to find another job. It's impossible for it to be impossible for you to find another job. Keep trying. A few years ago, I had a boss that I didn't like. When I I ended up finding another job, I went to put my 2-weeks notice and my boss asked if there was anything that could make me stay. I said "no" because I already had another job lined up. That's where I learned that good work does get recognized.

please do not take this the wrong way but have you ever thought it could be you that is just wrong ? there has to be something about the job you like or are you just one of Life moaners ? why don't you try having a better attitude and a better out look on life, i bet if i came amd looked at your life we would both find that its not your job that is really getting you down. if all else fails you could kinda have a slip on some water that someone spill-ed on the stairs ( you ) and have as much time off with a bad back as you can plus put a claim in. i did that with a firm i once worked for who i over heard two bosses talking about planning on sacking me. i had 9 weeks off on the sick with full pay and got £2,200 compo for my back that is perfect now, they never did find out who it was that accidentally left water on the stairs, xx
