    1.Theyll ask for a demo of your speaking manner in certain situations and what youl do if someone behaves inappropriately to you on the receiving end and all. Theyll ask you to read a script of some sort too. 2.Tackling verbal abuse and so on. 3.Previous experience. 4.Describing yourself as a person (determines whether they want you of course) 5 Some even ask your favourite animal and what animal you would be if you wrnt human- that is psychological thing and makes ense cause itll determine yet again what type of person you are generally and over the phone to people! ADVICE: 1Good luck with job and go with confidence and dtermination 2Dont forget to ask them questions too! Shows you have an interest in THEM too and not just to get the job! 3Speak to someone also whos had experience working in a call centre to get the FULL benefit of what to expect -thats the BEST way really.

Don't want to repeat anything that has already been written - but you will probably also be asked: 'Describe a situation that has arisen in a previous job where you have had to go above and beyond the call of duty to resolve a situation' Also, a few hard ones I have had that you might like to prepare yourself for are: Describe yourself in three words? What do you think that I think of you? How much are you worth? What is your sales technique? Give me an example of a time when you have failed (to hit targets, deadlines etc) (Do NOT answer this with 'I have never failed') You should not be asked any questions about politics etc if it is just for a call center job.
