    i answered that question as difficult. as i have been looking for a job for an entire month and come out with nothing. my reasoning for that mainly though was so they didn't think that i would quit quickly and move onto something else.

The most correct answers (not most of the correct answers--the answers that are most correct) to agree/disagree-type, pseudo-binary, spectrum questions on these surveys are always the most extreme choice. In this case, there are arguments to be made for both "very easy" and "very hard." Maybe you should indicate that you are very hire-able. Maybe you should indicate that you value the job you're applying for or that you don't expect to be able to "upgrade" once you've gotten it. I think "very hard" makes more sense, but I've yet to see a completely convincing answer to this question.
