Answer:
you cant leave a job because you dont share the same values as your colleagues thats silly!! you will go through your life working with people you dont like or living by people you dont like etc, so you have to just find a way of adjusting to that fact. if the jobs itself and the company looks after you then you should stay and make the most of it. if you dont like the people just keep conversations with them about work and dont go out socialising with them just be polite and professional with them dont get too involved. we dont have to mix with our colleagues only work with them - dont let them drive you out of a job you enjoy

Employers look for workers who can work through problems and will have some longevity. Companies want employees who will stick around for a while. Some companies will not hire people who have had a history of job hopping. Those who have had more than 3 jobs in 2 years are finding it more difficult to find a good job. I would suggest staying with your current job for at least a year. It will look much better on your resume when you look for another job. You don't necessarily need to socialize with those with whom you work. There will be things you don't like about any company. If you stay with a company it shows that you can communicate and get along with others. It also shows that you can work through problems or difficulties.

I would say no, but try to keep this job while finding another so you do not have a gap in your resume. That might be the only good reason for staying where you are unhappy at present.

yes....in this competitive market today you are lucky to have a job! Just keep working, while applying to other places. But, you souldnt allow other people to effect your career. If I was you, I would just stick it out for a while to build a better resume, and try not to allow your coworkers to bother you

You should not quit. If anything you should start applying for other jobs in the meantime and then if you get hired somewherer then you quit. But you can't just quit becuase you don't get along with the coworkers. Especially in this economy. You never know, maybe there is another department you can switch too.
