• Answer:

  1. My main strength is my ability to get the job done, and my special attention to detail. Although some employees want to get the job done quickly, I firmly believe that although efficiency is important, quality should be a part of that efficiency. 2. My main weakness is that I want a finished product I work with to be as perfect as it can be. Sometimes that means working harder than my peers, but that could be a good thing for the company. How I deal with them is to work at 120% instead of just giving the minimum to the task at hand. 3. In 5 years time I see myself learning new skills in this job and excelling with in the company so that I can further contribute. The questions I asked potential employees are: Describe your ideal supervisor and team mates? What makes you different from the other applicants? describe what you consider to be a strong work ethic?
