    Refering to how you can shine at the interview be polite, enunciate, smile, answer questions directly and be brief. Don't allow yourself to be talking so much that the interviewer has no opportunity to say what he has to say to you. Be courteous. Always maintain eye-contact. Brief handshake before and after interview. Upright posture while seated crossing the legs by the ankles. Be sure to have enough information about the organization you'd like to work with. Their successes and so forth. Lastly do your best convincing your interviewer why you want to be apart of their company and the skills you can bring to promote their company. You are wholly and completly dedicated to this job so sell that and good luck!

Remember that the interview is their method of gaining further EVIDENCE from you against the job requirements/skills. EVERY question you get is your chance to give an answer that shows how you have the knowledge and skills. It's NOT just a chat. Prepare two examples of how you meet each requirement and make sure you work them in to your answers. Try and recognise which requirement each particular question is aimed at (can be difficult). One person will be asking questions and the other one will be noting and scoring your replies.

Be yourself and be honest! And have a good answer ready on what you will "bring" to this company. On your end they are there to help you, but in reality you are there the help them. Sure you need the job, but don't appear too needy! Overly needy people do not get hired as the boss will be wondering what other needy areas of your life will bleed over into your work.
