Its not advisable. In a job interview you want to be as conservative as possible with your delivery. Asking about salary does show confidence, but it is a subject that can cause adverse feelings from the interviewer. Some may welcome the confidence and self-belieft whilst others will see it as a turn-off. I suggest you just make a statement in your resume or cover letter, saying salary is open for discussion. No, it is not OK to ask salary during a job interview, because in interview what looking is ability of you to do that job not otherwise, if your able to do ok. Salary matter comes when you sign the contract with that company or office here all the negotiations done over here.
