Since they really aren't going to give you a job it is OK to not really give them your age. That said if this is the 1 in 10,000 home based job that isn't a scam then when and if they find out that you are not the age you said you were they will fire you and may take other action.

Alright, firstly, the term "home-based job" just jumps out at me as a scam. I would not submit the application. Secondly, if the job is legitimate, then lying about your age on the application will get it rejected. They figure, "Well, if this person lied about something as little as their age, what else did they lie about?"
