Is there a difference between a Law Clerk and a Paralegal?

I have looked several job banks and I am unable to find any Law Clerk jobs or Paralegal jobs.?

  • Answer:

I believe to be a law clerk you have to be a law student. And to be a paralegal you need certification or a degree. Do you have that? Are you in law school. If you do not have this education then you should be trying to get in the legal field first with maybe being a receptionist in a firm or a legal secretary which that requires some legal experience most of the time. I have been a legal secretary for three years, and I am pursuing my bachelors degree in Paralegal studies.

Have you check you local paper...or just about any engine online. As always getting a job takes a while, I advise you to apply in many jobs and go as many interviews as you can; so you can have more chances of getting a job...When I was trying to get a job I applyed to like 20 places and at then 5 end up calling me...Just relax and keep looking...good luck
