I am assuming you mean you are asking for a raise. Depending upon your position, the request is handled differently. A salesperson needs to present their sales numbers and demonstrate their financial contribution to the company. If you are an office person, you may want to explain when you received your last raise and how much it was, what your responsibilities were then and are now, and what you have done to be more valuable to the company. Also, be prepared for them to list any training they sent you to, or money they spent on you. Hope this helps!!
