  The following is basic interview questions I have been asked in several different interviews (restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores): Tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here or what made you apply with us, what do you know about our company, what can you contribute to the company, why should we hire you, what do you expect to get out of this job, what is your availability, do you have reliable transportation, what motivates you, what are your goals, what are your strengths/weaknesses, how would you handle certain situations (upset or rude customer, co worker stealing or not doing their job, etc), tell me about a time when (you failed, you worked as a team, you had conflict with a co worker-how did you resolve it, etc).
