Friend the work always should be start with a plan if no plan the nothing if your problem is lack of confident or what friend But don't give always one word answer as that can frustrate interviewer who is trying to find out if you are suitable for their job or not with the answer you may add some example of your achievement as to why you are perfect employee.

Explain what value you will add.. work ethic, customer service, etc. Explain your passion and interest in working there. Explain you want to learn and offer to be part of the team. Know why you want to work there. Think of it this way, why would anyone want to hire someone that doesn't know the company, isn't passionate about their work, and wants to be average.
