    I worked as a "busgirl " at a restaurant. Basically you get paid min. wage and are supposed to get 10-15% of your servers tips. (but sometimes they don't tip you a lot if they don't like you) You are assigned a server and only bus their tables. It can be stressful because the serves expect their tables to be very clean and fast. If you work in a "family restaurant" kids make a lot of mess, so that kind of sucks. You just basically have to be fast because the more tables you clean the more people will sit at your tables and the more tips your server will get which is more money in your pocket.

It is hard to find a job during the summer because no one is hiring it is better during the holidays to get a job but, a bus boy is you are cleaning up after people and it is hard work you also get paid minimum wage which isn't that much if you have bills to pay, but if you don't then it would probably be good the only way you can really tell what it is like is if you try it first and if you don't care for it you can always look for something else.
