  Step 1. Write a resume before the interview. Step 2. Walk in the interview room with confidence. Do not strut or slouch or that will give them a bad impression on you. Greet them and sit down gentlemanly or ladylike. Step 3. Depending on their questions, answer them nicely no matter what they ask and with a logic answer. Be calm and don't be nervous or they will have doubts with hiring you. If your English is bad you're just going to have to pick up and learn more. Step 4. After the interview, don't freak out as they aren't guaranteeing anything, but if they say you got the job (which isn't hard) then congratulations! Don't worry, heaps of my friends works at Maccas and they didn't do anything special on their first interview. If it fails, ask another Maccas store.
