You have to be very careful when dealing with Singapore employment agents. First, 1,200 per month will only qualify you for a non-skilled position falling under the work permit quota allowance, I don't think the offer is genuine. Second your qualifications should qualify you for an S Pass which is a modified work permit requiring minimum wage of $2,000. Normally degreed qualifications require $3,600 salary.
