How can I get a job interview at 16?

I have my first job interview. How do i dress? And how does this job sound for a 16 year old?

    Always dress well for the part. If u said that to the manager he wouldn't hire u they want someone serious wear slacks a tie and shirt no matter if ur interviewing to be the guy who scraps gum off the sidewalk. I saw a guy go in to a construction site the crew wear t shirts n jeans or khakis but he told the guy who came in for the job always wear a shirt n tie with slacks for an interview see u later. He called him back the guy sure followed directions that time. Once they train u u will get the hang of it I worked at BK at 15 it should b similar

You can never over do it. Dress for success. I got my first job at 14 and I was wearing a full suit and tie and he said yes the second he saw me.
