1. Yeah, it is probably best just to enter the legal state wage since this is your first job. You can also write "neg." for negotiable, which is what I usually do. 2. I'm not sure what department that would be, but I AM sure that it isn't going to make all that much of a difference to the hiring manager reading your application. You could probably just write "barista". 3. Since you are in school, I'm assuming you're looking to work part time. You probably aren't going to want to work any more than 20 hrs/wk, 25 at the most, so I'd write down 15-25 hrs/wk. 4. Yeah, just specify the days that you could work overtime if need be. To be honest, I doubt they will have you working overtime. 5. Yup, just draw a diagonal line across that part. That's what I used to do, at least. haha Hope I could help and good luck! :]
