    Well if you really don't want to give a two week notice then I'd say go in and tell your manager that you're going to resign. Just be nice about it and everything should be fine.

I know you say you don't need a good reference, but you really shouldn't burn your bridges. Give two weeks notice or if you really can't stand to work two weeks please talk to your manager before the next weeks schedule is made so that they won't book you for any more shifts and have to find people to cover them. If that is not possible, try to find people to cover all of your shifts.
