You get paid minimum wage, not well. It's not a hard job, but a lot of places are in a hiring freeze right now because they are starting to close stores because the company is suffering from the economy. They aren't hiring because they are just transfering employees from places that closed into stores that need people. They would hire as a first job, a few people I work with are 17.
