Can LVNs work in Labor & Delivery?

    If you expect to work as an RN in L&D, then yes, you need to have your RN license to do so. Being in school to get your ADN or BSN will not qualify for you for a nursing job. You *might* be able to find another type of job in that department that does not require a degree, but if you want interaction with patients, I can't think of many, sorry. There may be some sort of patient support volunteerwork or position where you work with patients, like handholder until the partner can arrive, reading books to entertain the other kids while mom is in labor, etc.
