i would stick with just one. it will save you time seriously! i wouls become a nurse, they give patients medicine, help the doctors with diagnosis, etc.

No this wouldn't sound silly with the fact that with paramedicing you get 4 days off, and you could work as a float nurse, so that you're able to work on the days that you have off from paramedicing and so on. No it is not recommended that you work on the same day for both as it requires you to be fresh!
