A pharmacist does not require only a bachelors...you need to go to grad school and get a degree in the field.....however the pay is excellent. Starting at about $70-80k! The medical field hires basically the same positions as most other businesses.....they need accountants, finance people, administrators, Human resources, marketing, etc.
