  I am wary of online schools, especially for any of health-science careers. You are going to need clinical experience as an ultrasound tech/sonographer. You won't get that with a completely online school. Your best bet is to apply to actual schools by you (community colleges, usually, or even some universities offer such major.) Once accepted to a school that you know is legit by you, then you will most likely will be able to take most of the pre-reqs on an online classroom. I am not exactly sure what classes are needed for this major - but things like psychology and English Comp can be taken online. Many schools offer them as an online class. Take as much as you can do online if that's best for you. Beyond that, you will need to go to the traditional classroom for science classes (such as anatomy & physiology) and the actual ultrasound classes. Find what schools offer this major (by using a search engine) and then apply, speak to a counselor, and get enrolled.
