Do physician assistants love their job?

I am considering physician assistant as a career. Can any physician assistants out there please tell me about their experience. What you like and what you don't like, etc. Thanks.

I'm sure a lot of them wished they would have gone on and become a doctor since they learn pretty much the same material and are just as smart. i would hate to work under a doctor in a doctors office when i know just as much as him.
