    I don't know what you mean by "worth it". It's the bottom of the totem pole in health care and you literally get the crappiest work out there. Employers tend to treat CNAs poorly and there are a number of grads looking for work - it's a cheap quick diploma so lots of people do it. I looked at the Care First website and if that's the route you want to go, just make sure you check accredidation. The site is loaded with grammar errors and is poorly set up, making me wonder about the professionalism of the school overall.
