    I agree with PA Student, that if you already have a bachelors degree then why not go into an accelerated BS nursing program, unless cost is a factor. There are still jobs for people with just an associates degree but employers know because of the economy they can be picky and choose to hire nurses with bachelors degrees. All you have to do is make your competitive by gaining experience early that way you look more appealing to employers.
