As a programmer I never took any introduction course like that. I just enjoyed writing code and messing around with software. Once you have taken a course consider this option, is programming something you'd use your own free time to do? As in, would you write a program by yourself at home even though it's not for homework or school use? If not then I'd highly suggest computer engineering. Of those three I believe that would be the one with less programming involved.
