The only Online video game testing field is machinima on youtube where you test games and make a video review etc.This is the only one i know of. If you want a job in the video game testing field it you will probly have to work for a company not via the web. Look at major companies near you and se if they need someone. Bungie did some heavy recuiting the few past months.
