If she honestly had to help her mom out then I don't think she would be so picky as to say "No cleaning jobs, no lawnmowing jobs, no babysitting jobs" It sounds like she doesn't want any work. She can't legally get a job and nobody would hire her anyway when there's more qualified ADULTS out there. She's too young for babysitting too. She gets babysat at that age. All she can do are chores and if she's too picky then too bad.
