I agree with you chewing your nail is a habit me too;; but after I put on manicure i don't chew my nails anymore;; see you use your teeth so even that Lil bit of the manicure could harm you Hope my advice helps lots of love from jellybeans

Have you tried having the artificial nails put on? Not in the beauty shop. Go to an Oriental nail shop. These will stay on and your own nails will grow under them.
