What is this odd pain under the left side of my rib cage?

I have a sharp stabbing pain in my left side,under rib cage, what is it?

Please see a Doctor. A sharp stabbing pain could indeed be a cracked rib, the fact that youcan't take a breath without it hurting makes it sound like it could be serious.

u should go to the doctor and see what they say or if u cant get into your doctor try the emergency room but better bet it checked out good luck to u
