I think the black vans (if they are all black) are fine because they are comfortable shoes to wear to work, and maybe a casual, solid coloured shirt (no prints or designs) or blouse like in any colour that is not too loud (like neon colours, yellow, oraange, etc) As for pants, do not wear jeans...you do not have too wear black bottoms, but do not wear jeans, sweat pants, yoga pants...anything too casual. If you have heels or pumps in a soild colour, black leggings or opaque pantyhose and a knee length skirt, that is also acceptable. Good luck with the interview and have a great christmas.
