  they are looking for people who are energetic, friendly and dedicated. Be personable. They are going to ask you questions like how would you sell a belt to someone. What would you do if you saw a co work put a pair of socks in their bag. Your first interview will probably be a group interview. The people that pass this are the ones that are vocally social. the second interview will be the typical what's your experience and how does it apply to the clothing company. You want to have answers that show you can sell and if you can't sell that you will at least try to sell to every person who walks into the store. Like their credit card... it sucks to ask the customer if they want to sign up, when you know they are going to say no, but the company wants you to ask each and every person. You need to convince the manager that you have no shame in your willingness to sell.
