let tell me a short story once a general ueducated soldier of a king asked the king both of us doing work for same hours but why the commender will get meor benefit than that of me? without a word the king sent the soldier to investigate an event in one of his territory. The soldier reported that there were a ritual. Then the king sent the commender to the territory (the commender did not know that the soldier went there) & the commender reported that there was a ritual & he indicated the time, cause, effect, future possibility, solution, related people, what can be done by the king etc. i would prefer the educated one if he is really talented, has the willingness to develop himself, and has the capability.
