If you worked in your parents shop, even without pay, that's a job. You've been an employee--even if you have been an UNpaid employee. You've taken direction, and you've done tasks that were taught to you. That job alone is worth putting down. Volunteering at any job is also work--the rate of pay is not your prospetive employer's hurdle--it's your experience in a "work" situation. Volunteer work is work. So was the family business. Those are what you list under "previous experience."

If you don't get paid for your work, say that you do volunteer work and explain what you do. Or you could omit it altogether and if you get an interview talk about it then.
