Well just give it in, you've got more to get then to lose if you don't give them your resume. I mean i'm only 13 so I can't give much help in getting a job, the closest I get to getting a job is like snow plowing..

I'll give you the same advice I'd give any guy with that resume: 'you need to either start off smaller [apprentice mechanic or something], or you need some experience in sales. It's a tough market out there and it's an employer's market since the global downturn. Heck, I'm using the opportunity and government grants/loans to study Business with Accounting at University. And I had 13yrs experience putting on roofs before that.
