  100% scam. That "program" was never showcased on any of those news channels because those are icons, not links to the actual article. The "program" goes something like this: You buy instructions and mailing list from that company. You buy stamps, envelopes, paper and send everything out. If someone goes to the website you are advertising And Signs up for what ever program you are advertising And Uses your affiliate ID# to sign up And Pays for what ever program you are advertising And The site you are advertising credits you And The buyer doesn't do a chargeback You should receive a small commission of $3-$7. Or it could be the "program" where you pay for instructions and a website. The you are suppose to set up copy-cat website just like hundreds/thousands of others, set up a clickbank account and sell ebooks. Again, you only get a small commission if someone finds your site, buys something and doesn't do a chargeback.
