How to get a job at banana republic?

About to go on a job interview... GAP, BANANA REPUBLIC.. HELP!?

  How good are your chances? pretty good if your salary demands arent too high. What types of questions? For entry level I am sure they just want to know what you think your strengths and weaknesses are, where you went to school, do you have your own car etc..easy stuff. Do I ask to speak to the manager? Usually yes but don't be rude to one of your posssible future co-workers, just ask someone who to talk to about handing in an application. What kind of positions are there? important plz answer, you have got a big problem here, you are applying for a job that you don't know what it is? or even if they have openings? You can walk into a place and fill out an application but if they arent hiring what is the point? If you don't know what positions they have why are you applying there? You minimum wage request? Be honest or else you wont be happy, if you say $7.00 and they only start at $6.50 then thats that...if you think your time is worth more then apply somewhere else or else put $6.50 to begin with.... If you are energetic and confident thats most of what people want for entry level positions. If you speak well and dress well and show up on time then an employer will want to hire you and train you to do whatever the job requires. Good luck
